Annual Meeting

1. Queen of Hearts – Tickets are on sale NOW! You must purchase tickets BEFORE 1:30pm on Sunday per the rules. The next drawing is scheduled to happen on SUNDAY 01/14/2024 at 3:00pm. The current pot is expected to reach $10,000! Tickets are available at the bar. We will be non-smoking on the day of the drawing from Noon until 4:00pm
2. Membership Renewals – As a reminder, renewals are due by 01/31/2024. Renewal forms are available at the bar.
3. January Calendar Raffle – Tickets on still sale NOW at the bar for $20 each. Prizes every day for the month of January 2024. We have a limited amount of tickets still available.
4. Up Coming Bands/Music – normally bands start at 7:00pm unless otherwise noted:

• Saturday, January 20^th, 2024 – Mosey Down
• Saturday, February 10^th – Better Than Broken
• Saturday, February 24^th – Karaoke

5. SAVE the Date(s)

• Friday, January 12^th  and January 26^th– Let’s make a Meal/Bar Wingo.
• Monday, January 22^nd – Annual Meeting – meeting starts at 6:00pm. The bar will be closed for the duration of the meeting. There will be two Board positions to be filled. Must have your valid 2023 membership card with you in order to vote.
• Saturday, January 27^th – Annual Bowling for Charity. Get your teams together now. Signup sheet is posted on our bulletin board. You must pay at time of signup at the bar.
• Friday, March 15^th – St. Patrick’s Day dinner with music by Eric and the Steamrollers!
